We met in 2014 and knew immediately that we were destined to be business partners, as we both strive to be advocates for children. After having had extensive experience and expertise with children, we realized there was a need for exceptional, quality and accessible babysitters in the Los Angeles area. After months of research, vetting, and networking, WeeSitt was born in January 2016.
WeeSitt was designed to deliver parents extraordinary childcare without the hassle of countless hours on caretaker websites, no show interviews, and the never ending scramble for a sitter. WeeSitt gives parents the freedom and comfort of requesting a fully vetted, age appropriate, and experienced sitter at the click of a button while maintaining a personal approach throughout the entire process. WeeSitt encourages the lines of communication to be open at all times from both parents and sitter to ensure the best possible experience. The best part about us; we don't believe in fee's or memberships!
WeeSitt provides a personal, and customized approach to fulfilling your childcare needs. With a wide range of services, parents can count on WeeSitt for last minute requests, long term requests, and everything in between. WeeSitt delivers convenience when it comes to childcare, without forgoing what parents hold most important: safety, dependability, and lasting relationships. We are proud that our service is able to support local families because of how closely linked we are with this process and our sitters.
I discovered my passion and entrepreneurial drive for exceptional care through various opportunities. I've learned vital skill sets from my experience that are paramount to extraordinary care. I owe my expertise to my local church nursery, multiple pre-schools, full-time nanny families, and the children I met while working in Orphanages, and everyone in between. My passion and innovative vision has led us to deliver an exceptional service to parents who need trusting care providers.
I attended college at Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles, California and studied Psychology with an emphasis in Child Development. My love for children and youth has propelled me into various experiences, ranging from working as the go-to neighborhood babysitter, to eventually working as a teacher’s aide at a specialized school for children with Autism. My studies in Child Psychology and hands-on experience has been a driving force here at WeeSitt. I look forward to building our team with quality Sitters while fostering lasting relationships with our families.
